Middle School & High School Strength & Conditioning

Designed to support the awareness, growth, and potential of middle school & high school athletes looking for
a competitive edge through dynamic programming.

Our experienced coaches will teach
athletes proper technique for lifting and functional movement to develop superior muscle
strength, endurance, core stabilization, agility, power, and speed. Individual athletes will
focus on their own personal biomechanical and structural differences to improve results.
Furthermore, athletes will learn resilience, discipline, confidence, and self-advocacy to help them
thrive in their pursuit of excellence in athletics and more.
